Earlier, the norwegian magazine FHM published one of my photos, without asking me.
Luckily someone discovered my photo, and after some talk with FHM, they agreed to pay for the photo, although they didn’t seem to care to much about using copyrighted photos.
Anyway, I’ve just discovered another violation, this time by Break.com which also has published the photo with their logo on my photo, my copyright-text is cropped away.
This is a screenshot from the page right now.

The URL to Break.com: http://www.break.com/pictures/kid-is-stunned431002.html
And here is the original photo, as publised by me on Sanne.com and my Flickr-account.
The only other place this photo is allowed published, is on www.NRK.no.
Update:
It took some days, but when Break.com discovered my replies in their spam-folder, the photo was deleted from their site.
