Orders may be declined due to payment issues, stock availability, or incomplete shipping details. Please double check your information and try again.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired product, choosing your size, and completing checkout.

How do I choose my size?

You can select your size from our standard size guide.

Is my chosen size guaranteed to fit?

No. Selection of size is at your own risk. Fit outcomes depend on personal body variation, measurement accuracy, and individual preference.

What if I need a different size after delivery?

You may return your garment within 14 days of delivery to exchange the garment for a different size or different style.

How long do you take to deliver?

We will aim to ship all items 5-8 working days from your purchase date. Once the item has been shipped we will send out tracking numbers which you can track through your account. If you do not have an account you will be redirected to DHL.com/tracking. If you wish to exchange return an item, you have 14 days to notify Sanne at info@sanne.com. Please refer to our T&C’s regarding returns here.

Are your deliveries tracked?

Yes, all orders are fully tracked and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across the UAE and internationally to a wide range of countries. Shipping options are shown at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact our customer service team at info@sanne.com as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address before your order ships.

What is your returns window?

You may return your garment within 14 days of delivery for either of the following reasons: a manufacturing defect or damage, where the garment is defective, damaged in transit, or contains a manufacturing error; or an exchange, where you wish to exchange the garment for a different size or style.

How do I report a defect or damage?

For defect or damage claims, you must return the garment within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence to info@sanne.com. Claims made outside this window cannot be accepted.

How do I request an exchange?

For exchange requests, you must return the garment within 14 days of delivery and contact at info@sanne.com.

What condition does my garment need to be in to qualify for a return?

The garment must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All original labels, tags and packaging must remain intact and the garment must be in resaleable condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

For defect or damage claims, the return shipping label is provided by us. For exchange requests, return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

What happens once my return is approved?

For defect or damage claims, upon approval we will offer a replacement garment or a full refund, including original shipping costs, with a processing time of 14 business days from receipt and inspection. For exchange requests, upon approval we will manufacture and ship a replacement garment at no additional charge (except return shipping, which is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed). Alternatively, we will offer a store credit equal to the garment price. We will determine how to fulfil the exchange, which may include manufacturing a new garment or other means.

Will I get my shipping costs and customs duties refunded?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our defect or error. Customs duties, import taxes, or other duties paid are non-refundable.

How soon do I need to check my garment after it arrives?

You must inspect the garment within 48 hours of delivery. If you identify any damage or defects, you must notify us in writing, with photographs, and initiate a return through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery. Claims made after 14 days cannot be accepted.
