As each Sanne piece is made to order, we aim to ship all orders within 5–8 working days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you have a Sanne account, tracking will be available through your account. Otherwise, you can track your order directly via DHL. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@sanne.com.
