Yes. Every piece is made to order, so a set can be cut in a different size for each piece.

Made to order items are crafted specifically for you once your order is placed, ensuring a personalised fit and finish.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at info@sanne.com.

My order is not being accepted, why?

Orders may be declined due to payment issues, stock availability, or incomplete shipping details. Please double check your information and try again.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired product, choosing your size, and completing checkout.

How do I choose my size?

You can select your size from our standard size guide.

What if my size isn't quite right?

Every piece is cut to order in the size and height you choose, using the measurements in our size guide. If it isn't quite right, you can exchange it within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it again in a new size at no extra charge. Return shipping is covered by a prepaid label and deducted from your exchange. Not sure which size to choose? Our advisors are happy to help before you order: WhatsApp us, book a video consultation, or email info@sanne.com.

What if I need a different size after delivery?

Let us know within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal or at info@sanne.com. We'll make your piece again in your new size at no extra charge, or offer store credit if you prefer. We send a prepaid return label, and its cost is deducted from your exchange. Garments must be unworn, with all labels and packaging intact.

How long do you take to deliver?

We will aim to ship all items 5-8 working days from your purchase date. Once the item has been shipped we will send out tracking numbers which you can track through your account. If you do not have an account you will be redirected to DHL.com/tracking. If you wish to exchange return an item, you have 14 days to notify Sanne at info@sanne.com. Please refer to our T&C’s regarding returns here.

Are your deliveries tracked?

Yes, all orders are fully tracked and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across the UAE and internationally to a wide range of countries. Shipping options are shown at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact our customer service team at info@sanne.com as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address before your order ships.

What is your returns window?

You may return your garment within 14 days of delivery for either of the following reasons: a manufacturing defect or damage, where the garment is defective, damaged in transit, or contains a manufacturing error; or an exchange, where you wish to exchange the garment for a different size or style.

How do I report a defect or damage?

For defect or damage claims, you must return the garment within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence to info@sanne.com. Claims made outside this window cannot be accepted.

How do I request an exchange?

For exchange requests, you must return the garment within 14 days of delivery and contact us at info@sanne.com.

What condition does my garment need to be in to qualify for a return?

The garment must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All original labels, tags and packaging must remain intact and the garment must be in resaleable condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

For defects, damage or an incorrect item, return shipping is on us. For exchanges and other returns, we provide a prepaid label and the cost is deducted from your exchange or refund value.

What happens once my return is approved?

For defects, damage or an incorrect item, once approved we'll offer a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping, within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your garment. For exchanges, we'll make and ship a replacement in your new size or style at no extra charge (the prepaid return label is deducted from your exchange), or offer store credit equal to the garment price if you prefer.

Will I get my shipping costs and customs duties refunded?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our defect or error. Customs duties, import taxes, or other duties paid are non-refundable.

How soon do I need to check my garment after it arrives?

You must inspect the garment within 48 hours of delivery. If you identify any damage or defects, you must notify us in writing, with photographs, and initiate a return through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery. Claims made after 14 days cannot be accepted.
