FAQs

How long does a made-to-order jacket take?

Every Sanne jacket is cut after you order it at our atelier and shipped within 5-8 working days, worldwide.

How should I style a Sanne waistcoat?

Wear a tailored or suede waistcoat over a silk shirt for the office, or with denim and western boots for an off-duty Americana look.

Are Sanne coats made to order?

Yes. Every coat is cut after you place your order and shipped within 5-8 working days, with a personalised internal label naming you, your artisan and the date of creation.

Which Sanne coat should I choose?

Pick a tweed coat for polish and structure, a corduroy trench for every day, or a lace-up statement coat when the coat is the look.

Are Sanne tops true to size?

Every top is made to order, so your piece is cut for you rather than taken from stock.

How should I style a Sanne silk shirt?

Tuck it into high-waisted trousers with the collar open, or layer it under a suede vest for a western-inspired look.

What lengths do Sanne skirts come in?

The range runs from tailored minis to maxi lengths, and because every skirt is made to order, the length is cut for you.

How do I style a suede skirt?

Keep it tonal with a silk shirt and boots for a refined western look, or sharpen it with a cropped tweed jacket.

How quickly will my dress arrive?

Your dress is cut after you order it and shipped within 5-8 working days, worldwide.

Which Sanne dress suits an evening event?

A corset dress gives the most sculpted line; a silk slip under a cropped jacket is the softer alternative.

What is western-inspired denim at Sanne?

Bootcut jeans, indigo skirts and denim jackets that borrow cowboy and Americana codes such as yokes and topstitching, elevated with luxury fabrics and Sanne's signature gold hardware.

How do I care for Sanne denim?

Dry clean only. Please handle the ornamental buttons with care when wearing, storing and cleaning to preserve their detailing. Avoid tumble drying to protect the hardware and finish.

Can I order different sizes for the top and bottom?

Yes. Every piece is made to order, so a set can be cut in a different size for each piece.

How do I style a two piece set separately?

Wear the jacket over denim, or the skirt with a silk shirt; each piece is designed to work on its own.

What is made to order and how does it work?

Made to order items are crafted specifically for you once your order is placed, ensuring a personalised fit and finish.

How can I make an appointment?

You can book an appointment via our website's booking page or by emailing our styling team directly at info@sanne.com.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at info@sanne.com.

My order is not being accepted, why?

Orders may be declined due to payment issues, stock availability, or incomplete shipping details. Please double check your information and try again.

How do I choose my size?

You can select your size from our standard size guide.

What if my size isn't quite right?
