It is cut from black rattan lace of Sanne's own design, a mohair-blend lace inspired by the weave of a rattan chair and threaded with gold lurex, so the dark ground glimmers with every movement. The pattern feels intricate, artisanal and quietly opulent.

The shape is cropped, with a pointed collar, a button front and long sleeves, a clean and classic structure that lets the lace take centre stage. Inside, a black silk organza lining gives the jacket a crisp, refined finish.
